The above petition has been filed by the petitioner invoking jurisdiction of this Court seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif at Alandur to dispose O.S.No.225 of 2018. 1/4

2. A perusal of records would show that from 07.02.2020, the matter has been adjourned for framing an additional issue. In fact, the same has been adjourned 13 times for the very same reason. It is also noted that PW1 has been examined in chief and he has to be cross-examined. Therefore, a direction is issued to the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur to frame the issues by himself, in case, the draft issues are not filed by the counsel on either side and to proceed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.07.2022.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
