As against the orders passed by this Court in these contempt petitions, since contempt appeals in Cont.A.Sr.Nos.104032 and 104023 of 2023 have been filed, where an interim order of stay has been granted and according to the learned Additional Advocate General that the said stay has been continuing and the said contempt appeals are still pending for consideration, these contempt petitions can be heard after some time. Hence, post these contempt petitions in the third week of January,2024.
