The petitioner's complaint in CSR No. 78 of 2016 has been enquired into and closed on 19.03.2016 as mistake of fact. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some third parties are still attempting to tress pass into the petitioner's properties.
2. In this connection, it is observed that the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open to him to approach the respondent police with fresh complaint. On receipt of such complaint, the respondent police shall dispose of the same in accordance with law.
\ With the above observations and directions, the contempt petition stands closed.
