Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order dated 24.09.2008 passed in W.P.No.23320 of 2008 has already been complied with on 18.12.2009 itself. In support of the same, an affidavit has been filed by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government in Government Letter No.67230/Finance (PGC) Dept/2008 dated 18.12.2009.
