After pronouncing the order, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 09.02.2021, an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- respectively had been already deposited to the credit of O.P.Nos.97 and 98 of 2021 at the time of admission. Hence, he prays to return the amount to the petitioner.

2. In such view of the matter, this Court directs the Registry to return the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs only) respectively deposited to the credit of O.P.Nos.97 and 98 of 2021 as per the order passed by this court dated 09.02.2021 at the time of admission to the petitioner.
