Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of the petitioners that shall report before the Respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19649/2020 dated 18.12.2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.RANJITH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing them to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.19649 of 2020 dated 18.12.2020.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.19649 of 2020 dated 18.12.2020 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
appear before the respondent police as and required for interrogation.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
