O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 03.06.2008 made in I.A.No.160 of 2007 in A.S.No.27 of 2007 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Gobichettipalayam.

2. The short point involved in this revision is the application filed by the petitioner was dismissed mainly on the ground that two of the legal representatives of the second respondent has not been impleaded in the suit.

3. Considering the nature of issue, liberty is granted to the revision petitioner to file a fresh application including the other legal representatives of the second respondent before the trial Court, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The trial Court shall entertain such application and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With these observations, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 21.02.2019 Speaking Order/Non Speaking Order Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes sri
