ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members.

2. This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3. It appears that a case in C.C.No.250 of 2013 is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vellore under Seciton 379 IPC against one Karthik, who is the ex-husband of the petitioner. The police went into the house of the petitioner to serve summons.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been estranged from Karthik and she is now living with another person by name Ramesh and therefore prayed that the police shall not enter into the house of the petitioner to serve summons and not to harass her and her family members.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the police will not enter into the house of the petitioner and serve summons, as long as Karthik is not there in the house.

6. By recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed by directing the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and her family members.
