ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondent to dispose of the application dated 29.12.2021 seeking for payment of GST dues of the petitioner in instalments as contemplated under Section 80 of the CGST Act, 2017, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.Sharath Chandran, the learned counsel for the petitioner and M/s.Amirtha Dinakaran, Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to dispose of the application dated 29.12.2021 of the petitioner after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
