O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 22.04.2008 made in Unnumbered I.A.No. of 2008 (CR.19.No.334/2008) in O.S.No.39 of 1997 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court No.V, Thiruvallur.

2. When this Petition came up for hearing on 22.10.2019, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners present and made an endorsement that he had no instructions from the petitioners.

3. In view of the above, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter today under the caption "for dismissal". Further, directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioners in the cause list. 2/4

4. Though the matter was listed today under the caption "for dismissal", there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

5. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
