Today, when the matter is called for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order dated 25.09.2008 passed in Writ Petition has already been complied with in the year 2010 itself. In support of the same, he has produced the copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4434/2000/C3 dated 01.08.2010.

2. In view of the same, this contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
