ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying to quash the records of the second respondent dated 19.10.2023 made in proceedings No.J3/ 3461/ 2023 and consequently to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Executive Engineer in the respondent Board with all consequential monetary benefits. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the retention of her service and not allowing to retire. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents passed order thereby permitting the petitioner to retire from service and deserving right to continue the disciplinary proceedings in terms of Section 9(2) of Tamil Nadu Pension Rules. Therefore, this Court may close with writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to canvass all those points before the disciplinary authority.

Therefore, liberty is granted to the petitioner to canvass all those points raised in this writ petiton before the disciplinary authority.
