ORDER

When the matter is taken up today for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15902 of 2020. This Court dismissed the application for anticipatory bail by a detailed order on 16.10.2020, which was suppressed in the present petition.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
