ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2025, seeking to cancel the patta standing in the name of the 3rd respondent for the property more fully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition. 2.Since the aforesaid representation of the petitioner has not been considered by the official respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.
4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the private respondents viz., respondents 3 to 8 and any other third party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire.
5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2025. 6.Since no adverse orders are passed in this writ petition against the private respondents viz., respondents 3 to 8, notice to the respondents 3 to 8 is dispensed with in this writ petition.
7.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2025, seeking for cancellation of patta standing in the name of the 3rd respondent for the property more fully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after hearing the
