O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and learned counsel for the second respondent. 2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue Kousalya, aged 17 years, directing the first respondent to cause production of his daughter/the detenue, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

3.The detenue Kausalya is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. On enquiry, the detenue stated that she is a major and that that she married the second respondent herein. In support of her contention, she has produced a Certificate of Registration of Marriage, issued by the Marriage Registrar, District Registrar Office, Chennai North that the marriage was solemnized on 08.07.2015 and the same was registered on 08.07.2015 and we have also verified the original Marriage Certificate. The detenue stated that there is no illegal detention.

could be closed as nothing further remains to be considered. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
