Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the order dated 16.09.2008 passed in W.P.No.18181 of 2008 has already been complied with on 27.09.2011 itself. In support of the same, he has produced the copy of the proceedings in Doc.No.1311/PB(Po)/MaPoka/2011 dated 27.09.2011.
