This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police, Pallavaram Police Station, Chennai - 600 043 to register a case against persons on the complaint given by her to the second respondent herein on 12.10.2013. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that on completion of investigation,the Inspector of Police, S5 Pallavaram https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Police Station, Chennai - 600 043 had filed a Final report dated 24.02.2018 stating that the case has been closed as "Action dropped".

3.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the above said Criminal Original Petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
