Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 to 6 to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2018 and 03.08.2021 and consequently directing the respondents 3 to 6 to survey the disputed land in Survey No.447 and alter the sketch of the properties in accordance with the title of the property within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 3 to 6 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 09.10.2018 and 03.08.2021 and consequently directing the respondents 3 to 6 to survey the disputed land in Survey No.447 and alter the sketch of the properties in accordance with the title of the property within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 09.10.2018 and 03.08.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, the respondents 7 to 9 and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
