PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records in Crime No.90 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

This petition has been filed by the accused No.2-4, to quash the FIR in Crime No.90 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), who is appearing for the first respondent has submitted that after registering the case, the matter has been taken up for investigation and finally further action dropped and to that effect the report has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on 04.09.2017.
