ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is agreed by both sides learned counsel that both the complainant and accused have sorted out the matter and it was agreed that the matter will be settled between the parties, for a total sum of Rs. 4,10,000/-. Of the said sum, today, a sum of Rs.2,30,000/- is being paid by way of demand draft No. 604227 dated 14.07.2025. The said Cheque was handed over to the learned counsel for the

complainant and he also received the same.

2. In respect of the balance amount, it is agreed that it will be paid within a period of twelve weeks from today.

3. It is also agreed that upon receipt of the remaining amount, this matter can be closed as having been resolved amicably.

4. In view thereof, call the matter on 22.10.2025. On the said date, both the parties can file their joint memorandum of compromise. 16.07.2025 Jer
