The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 14.12.2012. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the representations submitted by the petitioner for restoration of temple lands in S.No 700 & 701/1 in Samalpuram Village, Palladam Taluk, Coimbatore has not been considered at all.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that, though the writ petitioner has raised several grounds in his representations, the same is kept in cold storage and not considered by the respondents. Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the 2nd respondent / Secretary to Government, HR & CE Department is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 14.12.2012 and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation and other relevant documents along with the order passed in the writ petition.
