While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 24.01.2020, this Court directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Gobichettipalayam, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.61 of 2015 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

This Court has received a letter dated 12.06.2020 from the learned Subordinate Judge, Gobichettipalayam, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 24.01.2020 passed in the above Civil Revision Petition. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

3. Therefore, time is extended by three months from today to comply with the order dated 24.01.2020 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition.
