Crl.MP. Nos.927 & 2841 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.19009 of 2021 M.DHANDAPANI.,J Crl.MP. No.927 of 2022 has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail order passed in Crl.OP.No.19009 of 2021 by this Court dated 08.10.2021.

2. Crl.MP. No.2841 of 2022 has been filed to grant an extension of time for fulfilling the condition No.6(a) and (b) imposed by this Court on 08.10.2021 in Crl.OP.No.19009 of 2021 dated 08.10.2021.

3. The learned counsel for the defacto complainant submitted that on 08.10.2021, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the accused on condition that to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the defacto complainant. The said condition imposed on the petitioner has not been complied with till date.

3. The learned counsel for the accused submitted that she was unable to deposit the amount at the given duration period as she was hospitalized due to ill-health. Hence, the learned counsel seeks two weeks time to deposit the amount.

Considering the fact that while granting anticipatory bail, the petitioner therein/accused, on his own volition, accepted to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the defacto complainant and the same is not complied with till now. As a last chance, this Court granted two weeks time to comply with the said condition. Further time will not be given.

5. In view of the above, Crl.OP.No.927 of 2022 is closed. Crl.OP.No.2841 of 2022 is ordered. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks, finally, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All other conditions remain unaltered. 07.03.2022 rli Crl.MP.
