O R D E R

When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, a joint compromise memo dated 27.04.2017 has been filed, duly signed by all the petitioners, second respondent and the counsel for the petitioners, in which it is stated that the petitioners and the second respondent / de facto complainant have entered into a compromise and the disputes between them have been settled amicably. It is further stated that the de facto complainant is ready and willing to withdraw the complaint given by him against the petitioners.

2.Both the parties are present. Their identities have been verified and they accepted the contents in the joint compromise memo as true and genuine.

3.The joint compromise memo is recorded and the same shall form part of this order. In view of the joint compromise memo, the proceedings in Crime No.126 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent, against the petitioners, is quashed, and the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of in terms of the joint compromise memo.
