C.M.P.No.538 of 2026 in C.R.P.SR.No.2397 of 2026 P.B.BALAJI, J.

Heard Mr.K.Vijayaraghavan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.The petitioner has filed the instant Revision challenging the order passed to strike off an application filed for impleading 74 private respondents.

3.Learned counsel brought to the notice of this Court that the matter went upto the Hon'ble Supreme Court, and even this Court in earlier Revision had directed expeditious disposal of the First Appeal.

4.In light of the above, and also considering the fact that the parties have yet to be impleaded in the appeal, I am inclined to allow the petition filed for accepting the cause title. This petition stands ordered accordingly. 5.Registry is directed to post the matter for Admission on 09.01.2026, if the C.R,P is otherwise in order.
