Crl.O.P.No.27577 of 2013 P.VELMURUGAN, J., This Court by an order dated 14.10.2019 allowed the above petition and directed the respondent police to hand over the entire case records to the CBCID, Salem and file a compliance report on 15.11.2019 before this Court.

Accordingly, today the matter is listed under the caption "for reporting compliance". The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has filed the action taken report.

On perusal of the above report, it reveal that there is no mentioning about as to whether the case has been transferred to CBCID or not as directed by this Court.

Hence, the Inspector of Police, Edappadi Police Station, Salem District, who received the order of this Court dated 14.10.2019, is directed to appear before this Court on 18.11.2019 List on 18.11.2019 for appearance of the respondent police. 15.11.2019 cgi Note : Issue order copy on 15.11.2019
