This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent to receive, consider and pass order in accordance with law, in the planning permission application in SBC.No.843/14 dated 15.10.2014, on representation without reference to their letter No.B1/15384/2014 dated 26.02.2015, expeditiously.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
