ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue an order of direction, directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner, his family and his property.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has got some dispute with his sister and there is a civil dispute pending between them. Suppressing the same, on 05.12.2021, the petitioner's sister lodged a complaint against the petitioner in Crime No.451 of 2021 for the offences under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sections 294(b), 355, 379 & 506(1) IPC. The petitioner has also lodged a complaint against his sister and the case in Crime No.450 of 2021 was registered. He further submits that the respondent police in collusion with the petitioner's sister is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner was called only for the purpose of investigation, which he now terms as harassment. He further submits that the petitioner while obtaining Anticipatory Bail had given undertaking to appear before the respondent police as and when called.

4. Considering the submissions and finding that there is complaint and counter complaint in this case, the respondent police is directed to summon the petitioner by giving a prior notice, if he is required for any enquiry. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
