O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to grant extension of time for a further period of fifteen days so as to enable the petitioner to comply with the condition of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.4995 of 2020 dated 23/09/2020.

2. This Court by an order dated 23.09.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.4995 of 2020 granted Anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to furnish title deeds of property worth about Rs.20,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.197 of 2019, before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Alandur. Chennai

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner was affected by heart attack, he was not able to comply with the said condition. He would further submit that now he is ready and willing to comply with the said condition and seeks a further time of two weeks.

4. Heard the Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the state.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted from today for the petitioner to comply with the above condition. All the other conditions remains intact.
