This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 31.10.2006 made in R.C.A.No.2 of 2003 on the file of the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority and the learned Subordinate Judge, Tirupur, reversing the order dated 28.06.1999 made in R.C.O.P.No.42 of 1987 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Tirupur.

2. Documents perused. Despite several opportunities were given to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, he has not taken any steps for serving summons to the respondents. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
