C.M.P.No.1120 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.4255 of 2023 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 47 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 22.08.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.781 of 2019, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, I Additional District and Sessions Court, Vellore.
2. Mr.R.Nalliyappan, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submits that though notice was served on R-6, he has not appeared in person or through counsel before the Court.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 5 has no objection to condone the delay of 47 days.
4. I have gone through the affidavit in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein and further the counsel for respondents 1 to 5 has no objection, hence, the delay of 47 days is condoned.
5. Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same 'for admission'.
