ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the FIR in Crime No.171 of 2013 on the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of the 2nd respondent and to consequently direct him to investigate and file a final report.

2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that after completion of the investigation in Crime No.171 of 2013 charge sheet has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filed before the Special Court for SC & ST Act, Villupuram and assigned S.C.No.174 of 2015. The learned Government Advocate would further submit that now the chief examination PW1 has been completed and the case is posted for cross examination of PW1 on 22.07.2019.

3.In view of the above nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed.
