This application has been filed to condone the delay of 985 days to receive additional document being letter dated 04.12.2024 bearing No.CB/CHROMPET/MISC/2023-24 issued by Senior Manager, Canara Bank, Chrompet Branch on the side of the plaintiff in the above captioned suit.

2. Mr.K.Selvakumar, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present application.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent has no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the application is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
