When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous and no further adjudication needs to be made in respect of the grounds raised in the writ petition. 2. Pursuant to the direction of this Hon'ble Court, the petitioner appeared before the First Respondent on 24.03.2021 and subsequently the First Respondent passed an Order vide Letter No.3134/D2/2012-4 dated 02.07.2021. The copy of the order is herewith enclosed.
