This application has been filed to recall PW1/ plaintiff to adduce evidence for marking additional documents on the side of the plaintiff in the above captioned suit.

2. Mr.K.Selvakumar, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present application.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent has no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the application is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
