ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court in M.P.No.3 of 2008 in W.P.No.32338 of 2006 dated 21.11.2008.

2. Though there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the respondent, a copy of the compliance report together with documents 1/2

Cont.P.No.40 of 2009 showing compliance of the order passed by the respondent dated 15.04.2009 is filed which reads as under:- "As per the order passed by the Honourable High Court of Judicature Madras in M.P.No.3/2008 in W.P.32338/2006 dated 21.11.2008, the order of attachment made on 10.10.1995 in CEP.77/1995 by the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Coimbatore is hereby released subject to further order to be passed in the writ petition. In view of this order my letter third cited dated 30.12.2008 is hereby withdrawn."

3. Thus, nothing survives for adjudication as the order has been complied with. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
