The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that during the pendency of the departmental proceedings the retired employees are eligible to get certain portion of the benefits. The second respondent has to sanction the General Provident Fund (final), Special Provident Fund and Encashment of Earned Leave/Private Affairs as far as the writ petitioner is concerned. In this regard, the writ petitioner has submitted a representation dated 23.03.2018 to the respondents and the same is yet to be considered.

2.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation dated 23.03.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
