Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records of the third respondent in his proceedings C.O.C.No.38/2015 dated 10.06.2015, passed by the second respondent and set aside the same and consequently to direct the respondents to produce the Detenu Suman, son of Veeramani, aged about 30 years, now confined in Central Prison, Cuddalore and to set him at liberty forthwith.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) The petitioner, who is mother of the detenu herein, viz., Suman, aged about 30 years, S/o.Veeramani, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent dated 10.06.2015 against her son branding him as a "Goonda" under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Slum Grabbers and Video Piracy Act 1982 [Act 14 of 1982]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of detention passed by the second respondent as against the son of the petitioner dated 10.06.2015 has been revoked by the Government in G.O. [Rt] No.4494, Home, Prohibition & Excise [XV] Department dated 22.07.2015 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.
3.Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is closed as the same has become infructuous.
