Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the records relating to the second respondent herein in C.No.3140 of 2013/E1 dated 18.06.2013 and the consequential order not permitting to retire from service on 30.06.2013 passed by the first respondent herein in process. No. B1/25579/2013 dated 27.06.2013 and quash the same and consequently allow the petitioner to retire from service peacefully with effect from the date of reaching the age of superannuation on 30.06.2013 and confer all the retirement benefits interest.

The order of suspension and the order retaining the services of the petitioner are under challenge in this writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner was concluded and final orders was passed and therefore no further adjudication is required. This apart, the writ petitioner was allowed to retire from service and all the pensionary benefits are also settled.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. However,there shall be no order as to costs.
