ORDER

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the vehicle is untraceable. Therefore, the party receiver could not repossess the vehicle.

2. Since the application has been filed for appointment of a party receiver and the party receiver appointed by this Court could not repossess the vehicle, this Court is disposing of this application by granting liberty to the applicant to file an application seeking appointment of an Advocate Commissioner, as this -2https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

vsi Court has made it clear in its earlier order that once a party approaches this Court for repossessing the vehicle, the said repossession can be done only through a neutral person and not by an employee of the applicant.
