Till date, the applicant has not paid the initial remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner as directed by this Court in its order dated 12.02.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks time for the applicant to pay the initial remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner. He also seeks time to execute the warrant of commission.

2. If the applicant fails to pay the initial remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of three days from today, this Application shall stand automatically closed. Only on payment of the initial remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of three days from today, time is extended for the Advocate Commissioner to execute the warrant till the next hearing date.
