The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the Respondents for violating the orders of this Court in W.P.No. 34522 of 2004 dated 26.11.2008.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that the order of this Court dated 26.11.2008 has been duly complied with by the respondent. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Rc.No. 3670/2020/A4, dated 27.10.2020.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
