The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Additional District Judge, Chengalpet to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.89 of 2025 within the time fixed by this Court.

2. The 1st respondent herein filed a suit in O.S.No.89 of 2025 for partition against the petitioner and other respondents.

3. A perusal of the e-court status filed in the typed-set of papers would indicate that the petitioner and respondents 2 and 3, who were arrayed as defendants in the suit filed their written statement as early as 01.09.2025. The suit is posted for framing of issues.

4. Taking into consideration, the pleadings of the parties are also completed and the suit is posted for framing of issues, this Court is inclined to direct the Additional District Judge, Chengalpet to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.89 of 2025, as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
