This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25927 of 2022 on 01.12.2022, that the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the charge sheet.
