ORDER

The petitioner has preferred an Appeal to the second respondent, the RDO vide his Appeal dated 19.10.2020, wherein, he challenges the order of the third respondent granting patta to the private respondents. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Mrs.R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and made a statement on instructions, that an enquiry is fixed at 11.00 a.m., on 11.02.2021 at the office of the second respondent.

4. The said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded.

5.Since the enquiry is already fixed, no further direction is required to be made except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing, to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
