Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this civil miscellaneous petition, the respondents 1 to 6 are ordered to be brought on record as legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent in C.M.A.No.4810 of and C.M.P.No.27641 of 2019 and the petition in C.M.P.No.3737 of 2021 is ordered accordingly. No costs.
