ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner, to punish the respondents for disobeying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.21885 of 2008 dated 17.09.2008.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the order of this Court dated 17.09.2008 has been complied with and also to support his contention he has produced a copy of the compliance in g.K.615/m2/2008, dated 21.02.2011.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed.
