ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner, to punish the respondents for willfully disobeying the order passed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2008 in W.P.No.18347 of 2008 dated 04.08.2008.

2. Mr.Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that by order of this Court dated 19.07.2008, W.P.No.18347 of 2008 itself dismissed. Consequently, the M.P.No.1 of 2009 was dismissed and the interim injunction granted by this Court on 04.08.2008 was also vacated.

3. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
