O R D E R

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The matter was heard through "Video Conference". 2.The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that since the Contempt Petition has been filed in the year 2009, in the interregnum period, many things would have happened and it is not evident from the records as to what happened to the pending cases.

3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed with the liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh Petition if there is really any violation of the order passed by this Court and if so advised.
