ORDER

This Court, while allowing the writ petition in W.P.No.20433 of 2015, by order dated 26.07.2016, directed the respondents to repay the amount collected under the impugned order within a period of four weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 26.07.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the writ appeal filed in W.A.No.1091 of 2016 was dismissed by the Division Bench on 05.10.2017 and thereafter, the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent, nothing survives in this contempt petition for adjudication. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed.
